Energy Healing has been around for a long while. With the development what we call now “official medicine” Energy Healing was almost forgotten in many countries. Since official medicine encounters more and more challenges and not always instrumental in dealing with emotional problems, chronically sick people, terminal and “undiagnosed” conditions, more and more people are coming back to ancient medicine that treated people as a “whole” and called now holistic medicine. Energy Healing is a big part of holistic medicine and can be leaned and practiced quite easily without taking too much time from your daily routine or making too much changes in your life style.

In EH4U we teach the following individual classes for those who live or can come to Toronto. We will post information in regards to the classes EH4U conducts in other cities.

We do not divide Master/Teacher program into 2 parts.

We do not make a condition of taking any other training courses from us for those who want to become Reiki Master.

We respect the decision of aspiring Masters to commit to Energy Healing and learning it on the advanced level.

Here is our Reiki program approved by the Board of Directors or Canadian Reiki Association (www.reiki.ca) :

First Level (Reiki Healer), 8 hours of learning including practice (Full one hour session to another – each student – on a Reiki table), 1 or 2 days as per student’s request.
1. What is Reiki?
2. Where can Reiki help?
3. History of Reiki.
4. Principles of Reiki. Ethics considerations.
5. Reiki attunements.
6. Why do people get sick from alternative medicine’s point of view? Information about chakras.
7. Preparation of the Healer for the healing session. Standard hands positions.
8. Self-healing for the healers.
9. Healing session for the patient. Chair session demonstration.
10. Other applications of Reiki (plants, animals, houses etc).

Reiki I Manual, Certificate of completion, Canadian Reiki Association membership information and CRA Evaluation forms will be provided. Students will have a choice to do online evaluation on CRA website.

Second Level (Reiki Practitioner), 8 hours of learning including practice, 1 or 2 days as per student’s request.
1. What to expect from the Second level?
2. Reiki symbols of the Second level, their theory and practice.
3. Techniques and methods of healing with the use of symbols, including mental/emotional healing technique.
4. Distant healing sessions and various distance healing methods.
5. Use of meditation and intuition.
6. Children, pregnancy and Reiki.
7. Reiki and complex situations. Addiction treatment.
8. Reiki and crystals.
9. Reiki tools.
10. What’s next?

Second Level Attunements, Reiki II Manual, Certificate of completion, Canadian Reiki Association membership information and CRA Evaluation forms will be provided. Students will have a choice to do online evaluation on CRA website.

Third level (Reiki Master / Teacher), 12 hours of learning and practice, 2 days as on the second class a new master has to demonstrate ability to pass attunements and teach Reiki.
1. What to expect from the Third level?
2. Kundalini and energy exercises to pass attunements.
3. Master symbol.
4. Exercises for expansion of energy potential.
5. Symbols for passing the attunements.
6. Passing the attunements training and practice time for students.
7. Teaching Reiki. Reviewing all three levels. Reiki workshops (Reiki share) information.
8. Theory and practice of healing with the use of Master symbol.
9. Reiki as a business. Marketing tool and business development ideas.
10. Reiki as a path of self-development for the new Master.

Master Level Attunements, Reiki Master Manual, Certificate of completion, Canadian Reiki Association membership information and CRA Evaluation forms will be provided. Students will have a choice to do online evaluation on CRA website.

Notes for all levels: According to the CRA requirements, CRA designation will be displayed on certificates. CRA Registered Teachers are encouraged to host 1-practice night per month for CEU towards CRA membership.

All students will be included into mailing list and advised on the monthly practice dates.

PCS or 7 steps

PCS (Profound Change System) was designed to increase rate of success and enhance client experience because as healers we know that not every technique suits everyone, so we have to be instrumental and knowledgeable all the time to help our clients. PCS was created as a result of series of successful experiments and combines 3 modalities: energy healing, hypnosis and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming).
